INTRODUCTION

Hey, Im shanzay chughtai studying in A2 at International Maarif School and this is my blog for my final project "Music video" which I'm working on with my partner. Previously in AS working as an individual has been great as i feel there is some sort of competition and that makes everybody work hard. AS was fun yet challenging, it was an introduction to what media studies is about and what tasks and products we were supposed to create other than that we had more focus on the practicals and we even practiced those activities that gives a good introduction to the media field in future. However, filming the opening scene yet became a challenge as i had to film it twice and casting actors as students ourselves was the hardest part for me. Following the AS period i did face many problems such as defaults in the script, I couldn't communicate well with my actors on what i expect from them and time management could be the main flaw but now I have reflected back on these mist...

PREMIERE

Together with our class we planned to have a premiere of our projects for their promotion. After taking permission from the school management we were going to have the premiere in the school auditorium. The premiere took place at 18th feb 2025. For the planning of the premiere each group had to make their own posters and get their standees printed, we made a checklist of everything that had to do for the premiere. We started working on the standee's design where i explained aisha on how its should look like i gave her a rough idea and she was able to bring it to life.
